Members will be aware of the increase of covid infections in the community and the impact this is having on our age group. Because of this I am strongly recommending that members follow the latest advice and wear a mask for indoor activities, particularly where social distancing is difficult. This is not a mandate of U3A but a recommendation for the well- being of all members. Common sense must apply when undertaking physical activities. It is also appropriate to remind members that if they have symptoms, they should not attend classes and send their apologies to their class representatives via the U3A system. Committee has agreed apologies need to be registered via U3A approved system. For privacy reasons it is not appropriate to use a class social media process. Please keep safe and secure during this winter period and continue to enjoy Manningham U3A classes.
