U3AM members are invited to register their interest in taking up the position of Treasurer.
We are looking for a person with administrative experience specifically in financial management and interested in the position of Treasurer. The responsibilities will include:
- Managing all money matters
- Understanding accounting systems currently in use
- Contributing to Grant Applications
- Providing a brief monthly financial report to the Committee of Management
- Coordinating the annual financial report and audit
- Coordinating the annual budget.
The Treasurer has the option of enlisting the support of a small team of assistants.
