Take a Well Deserved Bow for a Great Performance!

Our performers in action – from left to right:  Genevieve, Frank, John, Don, Wilma, Michelle, Peter (guitar), Jim

On Tuesday, 15 August, our Multi-instrumental Group performed at St. Vincent’s Nursing Home in Eltham.

We put on an amazing concert featuring Australian rock standards and vocal music from all over the world. The culmination was when all the residents and carers sang an Australian medley together.

Members involved included Michelle Leong (vocals, ukulele), John Liew (guitar, vocals), Don Lam (guitar), Frank Foley (vocals, kazoo, ukulele), Wilma Pontefract (keyboard), Jim (The Bassman) Maunder, Genevieve Richardson (ukulele) and me.

St. Vincent’s residents enjoying our musical contribution.

Thanks to all our great performers, well done!
