Despite significant difficulties over the last few months, I am very pleased (and relieved) to advise that the planned online Enrolment Program for 2026 will proceed. Many thanks and plaudits to Warwick Wright, who has laboured mightily for the last 2 months sorting out the problems with MyU3A.
Fees
Fees remain unchanged at $70 per calendar year with no pro-rata.
Brochures
The brochures have been delayed but delivery is anticipated at the office on 17 November. All 2026 classes can be viewed online and a list of classes is displayed at the Front Office.
Enrolment dates
Members are eligible to enrol from the dates listed below for their assigned priority level. Priority levels are posted on the noticeboard outside the Office.
| Dates for enrolment according to priority level are: | |
| Level 1 | Wednesday 19 November |
| Level 2 | Friday 21 November |
| Level 3 | Monday 24 November |
| Level 4 | Wednesday 26 November [Corrected] |
| Open enrolments begin | Thursday 27 November |
An enrolment limit of 3 classes applies until Wednesday 14 January when the 3-class limit will be lifted. This limit is designed to give members with a lower priority a chance to enrol in ‘high demand’ classes.
Online enrolments
Online enrolments begin from 6:30 am on the date relevant to your priority. To login you will need your membership ID number and password. If you cannot remember your ID or password, click on ‘Forgot Password/ID’ and a new password will be sent to your email address. Alternatively, refer to the Admin people in the Back Office, where you may need to prove your identity.
Many people have already paid their membership fees as requested, and we thank you for that. You can pay your membership fee with your credit card via e-Way. Remember to relax and allow plenty of time for the system to register your payment and return you to the U3A Manningham website. Also, as in previous years, you can pay and enrol at the same time online, but the fee payment must be completed before you can enrol in classes.
It is suggested that you print a copy of your enrolments.
For more details about how to enrol online, see https://u3amanningham.org.au/courses-activities/.
Manual enrolments
Volunteer enrolment staff will be available in Room 1 from 19 November to 28 November. They will be able to accept payments and enrol people requiring assistance on or after their priority day. Credit card payments using e-Way can also be made in this period.
Enrolment forms and cash may be left at the office for those members unable to go online or who will be absent on their enrolment day. These enrolments are not given preference over members attending Room 1.
Upon completion of your enrolment, you should receive an email confirmation of your enrolment status for each class. You can also check online on your personal member’s page.
