This new website is based on a WordPress template developed by the U3A Victoria Network. Many thanks go to Geoff Kidd from the Network. He has been very helpful in assisting with the installation of the template. Using a template means that the website can be managed without needing any coding or expert management.

All of the information previously available has been transferred to the new site. Many items will now have their own page, and you can go to the page by clicking on the link provided – for example in the in the “Latest News” page or on the “Recent Posts” section of the sidebar found on most pages. Many images, particularly on the Galleries pages can be viewed in a larger format on their own page by clicking on the image.

The new format will enable news posts to be made more easily and more frequently. Individual classes will also have the opportunity to post class news and information in their own section if they wish.

I very much welcome any suggestions for further development, or any information about problems that you may have with the site.
