Transition to Member Wizard – interim arrangements

U3A Manningham is currently moving to our new membership system, Member Wizard, which will be available from the beginning of Term 2.

What’s changing?

  • The MyU3A Member Login is no longer available from our website.
  • Members will be able to use the new Member Wizard Member Portal from the start of Term 2.
  • Instructions for accessing the portal will be included in the first Term 2 Newsletter.

What members should do during this interim period

If you wish to enrol in additional classes or withdraw from a class, please complete a Change of Enrolment Request Form.

Both MyU3A and Member Wizard will be updated with any changes. The Office will still be able to access MyU3A to access any information required.

Tutors and class representatives will continue to use their existing login for attendance marking and class administration during this period.

Where can I get more information?

Members and tutors will find User Guides, Frequently Asked Questions, and Zoom recordings of recent online seminars on our website at Member Wizard > Member and Tutor Help.

Admin guides can be found at Member Wizard > Member Wizard Admin.

Some Member Portal and Tutor Portal online seminars are still to be held. Full information is at News > Latest News > Online Member Wizard seminars for members, tutors and class representatives.

What happens next?

All member details, class information and enrolments will be transferred from MyU3A to Member Wizard, and we expect a smooth transition when Term 2 begins.
