- Until Friday 13 March, enrol online (click on Seminars) or at the Office.
- From Monday 16 March until the beginning of Term 2 (during the Member Wizard transition period), enrol at the Office or download this Change of Enrolment Request Form and forward it to the Office at Manunipines@u3amanningham.org.au when completed.

Class description:
Heart disease is by far the commonest cause of death in Australian adults. The term ‘heart attack’ is used frequently in the media, but do you actually know what it means, how it might affect you and what you can do to avoid it? These 2 sessions will explain in lay terms exactly what heart disease and heart attack mean, how and why they happen, what the main risk factors are and how best to minimise your risks. Presented by a local cardiologist with over 30 years’ experience in the field.
