With the party only 3 weeks away, most places have been filled, so anyone wishing to attend who has not yet enrolled should act now to avoid missing out. Here are a few pointers to help you enjoy the day.

Dress code

Ladies: if you are vying for one of the prizes you must have a hat or a fascinator as part of your outfit.

Men: as the ladies are going to a lot of trouble to look nice, please dress smartly. If you are vying for one of the prizes you must either wear a suit, jacket or blazer. A tie or hat is not mandatory, but the best outfit will be the winner.

Drinks

Bubbly is being supplied but it will not be an endless supply. If your preference is beer, red or white wine, spirits or just plain coke, you will need to bring your own.

Photos

There will be 3 roaming photographers so you have every chance of featuring in the next newsletter, especially if you are on the dance floor.

Table decorations

Don’t forget there is a prize for the best decorated table and this will be a definite photo in the newsletter. If you want to decorate your table with balloons, flowers or whatever, you can have early access at 1:45 pm to set it up.
