Class description:

This Healthy Ageing and Wellness Seminar is presented by Alain Young, Equip4Life’s accredited practising dietitian and nutritionist. It covers the latest evidence-based research on optimum nutrition for ageing well, the secrets to healthy ageing, the most effective exercises for wellness, health myths and misconceptions, and the best prevention strategies for chronic disease. There is a follow-up course in Term 2.
