Please read this important information from Graeme Mills and Maureen Bowman.

From Graeme:

A big hello to everyone who has enrolled for the Oaks Day party. Enrolments are now closed and anyone else wishing to come will be put on the waiting list. Please note that it is essential you are early so we can kick things off at 2 pm sharp.

Please bring your lanyards with you for admission purposes. We don’t want any freeloaders gaining entry and availing themselves of the goodies on offer!

From Maureen:

Graeme Mills has organised a day to remember. On behalf of the Catering crew, here is some important information:

• If you have food allergies or you are a coeliac or vegan, you may want to consider bringing something to eat that is safe for you. A vegetarian option will be provided.
• Along with the champagne, we will provide orange juice, with tea and coffee available later in the afternoon. You will need to bring wine, beer, bottled water or any other liquid refreshment you prefer.
• If you are decorating your tables, they are oblong and approximately 1700 cm long x 70-80 cm wide. They will be covered with white plastic cloths; if you have your own tablecloth it can go on top. On arrival, there will be a platter of sandwiches and a platter of small cakes on each table, plus a table number, plates and serviettes. Remember to leave room for the drinks when you’re decorating!

If you enjoy the catering on the day please let the Catering Team know; if there is something you are not happy with, please advise me.
