Summer School enrolment program
Due to ongoing problems with our MyU3A software, it is with regret I advise that we have had to suspend online enrolments and revert to a manual enrolment system for Summer School.
However, on a positive note, our Summer School program is unaffected and our enrolment timing remains unchanged. Enrolments will begin on 7 October, and we will still have our manual enrolments help day in Room 1 on 15 October.
However, WE ASK MEMBERS WISHING TO ENROL IN SUMMER SCHOOL TO ATTEND THE PINES FRONT OFFICE FROM 9:00 AM ON 7 OCTOBER. There you will be requested to complete a Summer School manual enrolment form and pay the $10 fee.
Unfortunately, we will be unable to accept credit cards and prefer cash rather than cheques.
You will be issued with a receipt and your enrolment will be registered and recorded STRICTLY IN ORDER OF RECEIPT. If we are not back online by 15 October, this process will continue in Room 1 on that day before reverting again to the Front Office.
Your summer school enrolment will then be entered into MyU3A IN SEQUENCE as soon as we are able to get back online.
Once again, I apologise for this unfortunate turn of events.

Printing of Term 4 class lists for Class Representatives
As part of our problems with MyU3A, there is a likelihood that the class lists, printed prior to the commencement of the term and posted into your pigeonhole, may be incomplete, incorrect or, indeed, missing ALL members.
If this is the case, we request you manually notate the names of any members NOT ON THE ROLL and maintain this list for as long as this problem remains.
At this stage I believe you may still be able to mark the roll online, but this has yet to be confirmed. If this is not possible, please continue to mark the roll manually until we are back online. I will advise you as soon as possible when the problem has been fixed and new correct lists printed for you.
And once again, I apologise for this situation.
