Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 26 March from 12:30 to 2:30 pm in the Pines Function Room. There are sheets in the Office for you to record your name if you are attending and another sheet for you to enter your apology if unable to attend.

Please sign in on the relevant sheet to indicate whether or not you can attend. To assist with planning, I would appreciate if you could do this as soon as possible.
