We are always delighted to receive articles and photos from our members, and this contribution is a perfect example.

This colourful photo was kindly sent in by Telmay Dodd, Tutor of Strength Training Group F. The group meets at Ajani Neighbourhood House, so a little removed from the bustle of The Pines, but clearly full of energy and camaraderie. For the past 12 years, the group has marked the end of each year with a class photo. These photos have become treasured mementos, celebrating friendships formed, progress made and achievements shared. This one captures the spirit of the Class of 2025 beautifully.
